This Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or formal commercial distributor relationship.
A formal distributor relationship is only established upon the mutual execution of a separate, written, and definitive Distributor Agreement signed by authorized executives of both parties.

3. Prohibited Conduct and System Security

You agree to use our feedback form and website only for lawful business inquiries. You are strictly prohibited from:
